Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet sweets, we can only accept returns on unopened and undamaged pouches within 14 days of delivery. We want every sweet lover to be happy, so if there is a quality issue with your order, please reach out immediately.

Return Process

  Email our customer happiness team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

  Await Authorization

  We will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization code if the items meet our safety and resale standards.

  Pack Your Sweets

  Securely place the unopened pouches back into their original shipping box, ensuring the return authorization code is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
